I am Akwa Ibom peoples governor and not a PDP Governor - Udom

Mr Udom Emmanuel, the Akwa Ibom State governor-elect, has said that PDP is a platform that help him to offer his selfless services to the good people of Akwa Ibom State and Nigerians, he however said that he will project the image of Akwa Ibom.

Udom said this while reacting to questions from media men in the state shortly after being declared as winner of the polls.

He, however, extended his hands to the opposition parties and enjoined the people of Akwa Ibom to join hands with him to move the state forward.

Udom said that his government would render selfless service to the people in order to take the state to enviable height.

He said his government would run an all inclusive government where all the people would benefit.

The governor-elect said that he would consolidate and sustained the development of his successor.

He however denied the allegation that there was internal problem in the PDP in the state, saying that the PDP settle their differences before going to elections.
